We are a family owned business, founded in 1989 with a single core value: Integrity. Our goal from the beginning was to build a reputation based on results and earn the opportunity of repeat business with our customers.
Mastech launched its building prefabrication method "Panelization" in 1993, as one of the first cold-form-steel (CFS) building prefabricators in the entire country. What made Mastech stand out then, and still stand out to this day, is our unique manufacturing techniques behind our shop-installed veneers that drive our panels to out-perform and out-look field applied alternatives.
As one of the earliest pre-finished exterior prefabricators in the country, Mastech has had the opportunity to accrue experience and expertise working with any type of building, including high rises in the harshest sea-side environments.
Careful attention to detail has made Mastech panels survive the test of time. Mastech's exterior wall finish systems, such as thin brick and EIFS, continue to perform as designed job after job, even decades later, providing complete water infiltration protection.

In the 2010s, the increasing demand for prefabricated buildings led to the investment in Mastech's 22,500 square foot state-of-the-art fabrication facility, fully equipped with the cranes, tools, and personnel needed for even the largest job. This facility is prepared to work around the clock to ensure deadlines are met.
Over thirty-five years later, Mastech takes pride in maintaining a reputation of excellence. We continue to operate with integrity, going the extra mile to ensure that each job is done right and on time.

Originating in Pittsburgh, PA, Mastech works all over the country providing unique building solutions to our customers. Our engineering staff is currently licensed in 25 states and continues to expand further each year. Prefabrication allows Mastech to work almost anywhere in the country without the added costs inherent to those areas, especially in very remote regions where materials and workforces are sparse.
